This page explains what personal data onuraksoy.co.uk collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to this website and its contact form.
Who is responsible
Onur Aksoy, trading as Aksoy Production Ltd (Company No. 12758714), London, United Kingdom, is the controller of your personal data. Contact: onur@onuraksoy.co.uk.
Contact form
When you send an enquiry, the form collects your name, email address, company (optional), project type and message. These details are emailed to Onur so he can reply to you. The email is delivered by Resend, an email delivery provider, and is then held in Onur's email inbox.
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and for related business records, and are deleted when no longer needed.
The legal basis is legitimate interests: responding to an enquiry you chose to send, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from a person rather than an automated bot. To do this, Cloudflare processes information about your browser and device (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) when the form loads. Turnstile is not used for advertising and does not set tracking cookies.
Cloudflare's handling of this data is described in its Privacy Policy and the Turnstile Privacy Addendum. The legal basis is legitimate interests in keeping the form free of spam and abuse.
Abuse limits
To stop the form being flooded, the server counts submissions per visitor. It stores a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself, and deletes it automatically after 15 minutes.
Fonts and hosting
The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address (see Google's Privacy Policy). The site is hosted by Replit, whose infrastructure processes standard technical request data in order to serve pages.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
International transfers
Some of the providers above may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. Email onur@onuraksoy.co.uk to make a request.
If you are unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Changes
This policy may be updated when the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
