Schnitzel Heaven: a London restaurant brand built on content
For client Schnitzel Heaven, I built the brand from launch: identity, photography, every reel and the social strategy behind it. The business grew through digital marketing, and by October 2024 it was one of the most-searched restaurant brands in London.

About
Hi, I'm Onur.
I'm a multidisciplinary motion designer, video producer and digital marketer based in London. I started out studying physics at Middle East Technical University, then founded Kiremit Production at the METU Technopolis animation and game development centre, where I led animation and R&D for nearly a decade.
Since moving to London I've run my studio Aksoy Production Ltd, making video, animation, branding and digital marketing for private companies and independent businesses. From 2023 to 2024, I worked with restaurant client Schnitzel Heaven, building its brand from launch. I'm currently also studying for an MA in Film Practice at Arts University Bournemouth.
Clients describe me as approachable and easy to work with. I care about the brief, the deadline and the detail in roughly equal measure.
